As with most things nowadays, we exist almost entirely online. We’re sure you can see some obvious reasons to have a marketing agency operating remotely since 2021.
Being remote means we’ve built our team around expertise – not location. Each member of the Byra team is experienced in their own field and driven by a genuine passion for results. They’re not just the best of those who can turn up to the office each day – they’re the best we could find full stop.
We don’t get you caught up in industry fads, instead, we focus on the one part we know you’re paying for – results.

Step 1.
Discovery Meeting.
It all starts with us sitting down with you and having a virtual chat (bring your own biscuits) about what’s at the heart of your business.
It’s so important that any marketing agency you work with properly understands how you see your own business before they start work on how you’re represented.
We want to know what you’re all about, where you’ve come from and where you want to be heading.
We also drill into your audience - who they are and how they feel about your business. Understanding your business’s unique personality is crucial for the next steps.
Step 2.
Business Analysis.
After that initial conversation, we’ll go away and conduct some in-depth research.
We’ll put our nerd-hats on and do some proper number crunching, looking at your current online presence, marketing strategies, website performance and more.
Most of this is done with our own tools and analysis, but we might need to talk to your in house marketing team for a little extra info.
By the end of it, we’ll really understand your strengths and weaknesses, and have a deeper understanding of the industry you work in.
Step 3.
The Full Package.
Now we understand exactly what we’re working with, we’ll draw up a plan of action.
We structure our services into easy-to-understand packages, keeping jargon to a minimum and measurable results as clear as day.
What you’re essentially paying for is Byra team hours; we do all the maths to figure out how many hours our team needs to deliver the best results, then we pass that number to you in the form of a monthly fee.
It allows you to control your budget in a simple, stress-free way, safe in the knowledge that you’re maximising your ROI.
Step 4.
The paperwork.
If you’ve got any questions about the package we’ve drawn up, we’re more than happy to talk them through with you and make amendments as we go. Because we’re a smaller team, we’re more flexible than a lot of agencies and can work around your specific needs.
Once you’re happy with the package, we’ll write up a formal agreement and set up a monthly payment plan for you so you can keep a healthy cashflow. You’ll sign it, we’ll sign it and then we’ll all have a biscuit to celebrate. Once that’s all done, we can set up an initial meeting where we can get started on the important work (access to websites and email systems, for example).
Step 5.
Staying in Touch.
We want you to feel in control and in touch with what’s happening at every stage - that’s why we happily provide weekly catch-ups with the team. It’s an opportunity to discuss ideas, share information or address any issues that pop up.
You’ll also receive monthly meetings with one of our directors. They'll give you the crucial numbers you need to see how projects are progressing.
We’ll show you how progress is being made, any areas where we need to change tack and the important numbers we’re tracking as we go. It’s also a good time for a biscuit.

Tom Bushall
Operations & Admin
Having run and owned businesses for over 20 year’s Tomas brings a wealth of experience in business management and operations. He has a great grasp of financial literacy and uses this at Byrå. Tomas helps schedule social media posts, sets up calendars and liaises with clients.
Tomas enjoys being part of this fast moving and successful team, and looks forward to its evolution and continued success.

She’s a mover, shaker and a fairly decent baker. Kayleigh loves being busy, and she credits that to her 10 years’ experience in retail design and marketing! She’s passionate about strategic design, creative derived from considered branding, with the ideal customer in mind! I have a “teamwork is dream work” approach as I am a firm believer in collaborative working, 2 heads are better than one as they say.
